Cannabis to improve your mental health: keys for regulation

Drugs and mental health are two great challenges of our time. Cannabis, the most widely consumed illegal substance, is often associated with a higher risk of mental disorders. This book questions that dominant view and addresses the relationship between cannabis and mental health from a scientific and experiential perspective, concluding that, for some people and with responsible use, cannabis may not be harmful and may even benefit psychological balance.

He advocates responsible use and risk reduction. Creator of “Self-Regulation Therapy” and author of numerous books on drugs and other areas of knowledge.

Javier Miravete

Patient with severe hemophilia A and several associated pathologies, medicinal cannabis user with more than 35 years of experience. Technician in herbal dietetics, cosmetics and mindfulness, he has published several works on cannabis and health. Founding president of the association Terapéuticas Hierbas Castelló and of the group FesHoBe! in addition to having participated actively in cannabis collectives in the Valencian Country.
