Gabriel Miró Miquel

Lawyer specialising in criminal law, associate professor at the University of Barcelona and lecturer on the University of Barcelona’s master’s degree in Criminology, where he teaches the module “Drug Policy and Human Rights. Prohibitionism versus Regulation”. Member of the Cannabis Policy Studies Group (GEPCA) and of the Observatory of the Penal System and Human Rights of the University of Barcelona (OSPDH).
