We, the DNA Genetics team, would like to share our experience of building a global cannabis brand and developing strategic partnerships, as well as to talk about the next steps in our role in helping to shape a multibillion-dollar global industry.

The new exhibition at the Hash Marihuana & Hemp Museum shows that all kinds of hemp garments were worn in ancient Japan. In this round table we recount the recent history of hemp clothing, together with the brands Majotae (Tokyo) and Hemp&Love (Barcelona).

Since the last in-person edition of the World Cannabis Conferences, the world as we knew it has become blurred. During the round table we will discuss the repercussions that events around the planet over the last two years have had on the US cannabis sector.

The most representative proposals of the cannabis movement in our country will take centre stage at this round table. In view of recent progress and the anomalous international situation, the discussion will cover the current situation and the different prospects for the future.

A few months ago we witnessed a media campaign, promoted by the Government and supported by several scientific societies, aimed at raising public awareness of the risks of the e-cig. While in other neighbouring countries the e-cig is regarded as a risk-reduction tool, in our country it has been demonised. In this talk we will discuss and debate the causes of this phenomenon and offer objective, realistic information on the risks and benefits of e-cig use.

We will talk about some of the rituals involving Santa María (Cannabis sativa L.) in different cultures and traditions. What energy does it bring us? The feminine? The mother? And about how the plant fosters a deep connection with the inner self and inspires us, becoming a tool for consciousness and spiritual healing. Conscious and respectful use.

Policies against plants within the framework of the European Union and the United Nations
In this talk we will discuss the current development of drug policies in different European countries. We will focus mainly on plants such as cannabis, ayahuasca and kratom.

Beyond the entourage effect: effects of cannabis polypharmacology on human and ecological health
In this talk we will discuss the controversial concept of the “entourage effect” while analysing its potential benefits in terms of medicinal or environmental uses.

In this session we will talk with two political representatives of parties that have put forward proposals for comprehensive regulation: Más País and Unidas Podemos.

The medicalisation of psychedelics is an opportunity to promote access to these substances on a global scale, but at the same time it is a reductionist view of the potential of these active principles, which have been used communally for millennia.
