Araceli Manjón-Cabeza

Araceli Manjón-Cabeza is Professor of Criminal Law at the Complutense University of Madrid. She is a researcher at the UCM Institute of Comparative Law and at the Demospaz Institute of the Autonomous University of Madrid and, since 2013, has directed the UCM Extraordinary Chair “Drugs in the 21st Century” (Drogas Siglo XXI). She has served as a judge in the Criminal Chamber of the National High Court (Audiencia Nacional) and as Director General of the National Drugs Plan (Plan Nacional sobre Drogas).
