Coletta A. Youngers

Coletta A. Youngers is an activist andanalyst of drug policy related issues. She is currentlyPrinciple Advisor at the Washington Office on Latin America (WOLA), representative of the International Drugs Policy Consortium (IDPC) and member of the Research Consortium on Drugs and the Law (Colectivo de Estudios Drogas y Derecho, CEDD).

Youngers has acted as representative and later director of the WOLA Andes Programme from 1987 until 2003 and was director of the WOLA drugs, democracy and human rights project until 2004.
