Xavier Nadal

Xavier Nadal holds a degree in Biology from the University of Barcelona, diploma in advanced studies in pharmacology and PhD in health sciences and life from the University Pompeu Fabra. The work of his doctoral thesis was on the involvement of endogenous opioid and cannabinoid system in the regulation of neuropathic pain. During his training and now has been involved in several collaborative projects with pharmaceutical companies in the research and development of new drugs and therapeutic targets. Currently he is responsible for R & D Department extraction Phytoplant Research company dedicated to medicinal plants and natural compounds including hemp. He is member of the Spanish Cannabinoids Research Society (SEIC) and the International Cannabinoids Research Society (ICRS). In the past he has worked with Energy Control in the development of analytical methods for cannabis.
