Regulación Responsable

The initiative for Responsible Regulation of cannabis in Spain comes from a group of citizens and social organizations who support the initiative to achieve a regulation of the consumption of cannabis in Spain. This initiative is backed by several social agents from all kind of fields. Opinion leaders, representatives of the culture, the politics, the health, the law and people from the most diverse fields have shown their support.

We all share the need for a responsible regulation of the consumption, production and distribution of cannabis in our country in order to end once and for all with the illicit networks that control the market while profiting for different purposes. An integral regulation would manage, apart from weakening these criminal groups, to respect the rights of thousands of cannabis users in our country, who would have access to the plant in a much more natural, safe and controlled way.
