Xavi Petit

Petit works as a private chef in Ibiza. After studying and understanding how cannabis is transformed by heat, and how all the organoleptic qualities of the plant could be extracted through fat, oil or alcohol, he began to apply this newfound knowledge to the dishes and recipes he was already familiar with.
