Héctor Brotons

Lawyer specialising in criminal and administrative law, and founder and director of Estudio Jurídico Brotsanbert, with more than twenty years of outstanding experience in the field. He advises associations, companies and institutions on cannabis, CBD, industrial hemp and psychedelic substances. He is the spokesperson of the OECCC and legal adviser to several recognised organisations and associations in the sector. He has taken part in legislative reforms and international forums on cannabis regulation. Co-author of several works, he combines his daily legal practice with outreach and research.
